GTM Assessment
Has your go-to-market approach kept pace with your business?
Your business may have evolved. Your market focus, operating practices, investment decisions and measures may not have evolved together.
Take the free GTM Maturity Assessment to explore how your current approach aligns with your stage of growth—and what may need to change next.
Based on the MOVE framework from GTM Partners.
See where your approach may be out of step
Growth does not depend only on how hard individual teams work. It also depends on whether the business is focused on the right opportunities, organised to pursue them and investing in the capabilities its next stage requires.
The assessment explores four connected questions:
- Market: Where do we create the most meaningful customer value?
- Operations: What needs to be clear, connected and owned so that the organisation executes as one team?
- Velocity: What is ready to move—and what still needs to become true?
- Expansion: Where is the next layer of customer growth already within reach?
Take the free assessment to see where your GTM model is
aligned, where friction is building, and what to prioritise next.

From maturity insight to practical change
The assessment helps open the conversation. The GTM Operating System™ provides a broader structure for deciding what to examine and change.
Its eight pillars connect market and investment choices with demand, revenue motions, customer value, expansion, operations and leadership.
The eight pillars provide the structure for deeper work. They are not eight separate scores produced by this assessment.
Focused support for the next step
My specialism is helping B2B technology companies turn customer value into more predictable renewal and expansion revenue.
My wider experience spans new business, sales development and senior commercial leadership. Depending on what the findings reveal, support can range from a focused diagnostic or planning engagement to operating-model design, executive advisory or interim/fractional leadership.
We start with what your business needs—not a predetermined project.
Your questions, answered
What is the GTM Assessment?
A focused diagnostic of how well your go-to-market model supports customer growth.
It looks at four areas: Market, Operations, Velocity and Expansion—showing what is working, where execution is slowing and what to prioritise next.
Who is it for?
For CEOs, CROs, customer-growth leaders and executive teams responsible for go-to-market performance.
It is especially useful when the business has multiple products, customer segments, markets or routes to market—and when growth has become harder to predict, coordinate or sustain.
Is this only about renewals and expansion?
No. It considers your broader GTM maturity, including market focus, operations, investment, expansion and measurement. Customer growth is my specialist area, not the boundary of the assessment.
Does it assess all eight GTM OS pillars?
The report’s maturity overview is organised around MOVE, business stage and KPIs. It also introduces the broader GTM OS questions as a basis for further alignment and action. It does not present eight individual pillar scores.
What will I receive?
A results report with a maturity overview, interpretation of your responses and suggested next moves.
How long does it take?
IIt is designed to be completed in a short, focused sitting, typically 10-12 minutes.
Complete it alone, or use it with your leadership team to compare perspectives.
Can my leadership team take it?
Yes. Completing it independently creates an opportunity to compare perspectives before discussing shared priorities.
What happens afterwards?
You can use the report internally or choose to discuss your findings with me. Any further engagement is a separate decision.
